About AGR Care Services

AGR CARE SERVICES is a family owned home care agency that provides a variety of health and custodial services that may include homemaker/home health aide service and housekeeping to the elderly, ill and disabled individuals in their homes.  We are licensed and regulated by the State of California Department of Social Services. 

At AGR Care Services, we know that bringing a caregiver into your home is not an easy one. We try to make it easier by offering a variety of services.  All our caregivers are personally recruited, hired and are professionally trained and dedicated to providing the highest quality home care services can offer to each and every customer.  They are also available 24 hours a day seven day a week.  Our caregivers who come to our clients’ home are employees of the agency and are bonded and insured.  Our clients pay the agency, and we handle all the payroll taxes and other human resources tasks.

Don and Gladys Roman were caregivers themselves for more than 11 years as they personally supervise their home care aides, and direct contact with their clients.  Their experience in giving care to the aging population has given them an upper hand in the home care industry as they personally supervise their home care aides and direct contact with their clients.  At AGR care services, we treat our clients like our own family.
